Gun Soccer

Think soccer. But with guns! Embrace the chaos of using shooting and explosions in a 1v1 or 2v2 soccer game with friends. Think about strategies, teamwork, cool movement, or just simply have a fun time shooting smaller balls at a humongous soccer ball 8).

Currently, the game only supports xbox controllers.

As our game is currently still in the development phase, below are the current thoughts we have thus far regarding where our game is going:
The basic mechanics that we want to implement are:

• Shoot the ball with your gun
• Score on the enemy goal to get a point
• Shoot other players to knock them back
  • Help move teammates into position
  • Hinder enemy players
• Rocket jump by shooting the ground
• and more...

Our game is unique because it is:

• Easy to pick up movement-wise (unlike rocket league’s difficult entry) while still keeping a high skill ceiling
• Rewards quick thinking. We have a lower skill floor but just as high a skill ceiling as those other games.
• We are also thinking of having the force from the bullets apply to ourselves and our teammates. This means you can jump up shoot, shoot below and will be launched up. In the same way, you can shoot your teammate to push them closer to where they want to be.
• Health system with ragdoll couple seconds when reaching 0 health. Who doesn't love a good ragdoll mechanic!
